BIBLE READING
Judges 6:11-16 (Gideon’s Call).
I welcome you to our lesson on God’s Strength in Our Weakness.
God often uses the weak and unlikely to demonstrate His power. Gideon felt inadequate to deliver Israel, but God chose him, declaring, “I will be with you.” When we feel weak or unqualified, God’s strength empowers us to accomplish what seems impossible.
Victory is not about our ability but God’s sufficiency. Embracing our weaknesses allows His strength to shine through, bringing glory to His name.
Biblical Examples
Paul’s Thorn in the Flesh :- In 2 Corinthians 12, Paul acknowledged that his weakness allowed God’s grace to be magnified.
Moses’ Reluctance :- In Exodus 4, Moses doubted his ability to lead Israel, but God assured him of His presence and power.
TASK
Write down one area where you feel weak. Surrender it to God and pray for His strength to work through you.
MEMORY VERSE
“But He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.’” 2 Corinthians 12:9
PRAYER POINTS
Father, thank You for using my weaknesses to display Your strength. Help me to rely on Your grace and power in every battle. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
