BIBLE READING
Ephesians 1:17–18:- “I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ… may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened…”

2 Corinthians 4:6:- “For God… made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.”

I welcome you to our lesson on Glory And Revelation
Revelation is not merely information—it is God’s truth unveiled through glory.
To “reveal” means to pull back the curtain on something hidden. God’s glory often brings with it illumination, insight, and supernatural understanding.
Glory opens the eyes of your spirit so you can see what heaven sees.
There are things you will never understand by logic alone. But when you dwell in God’s presence:
Scriptures open in new ways
Destiny becomes clearer
Wisdom flows without striving
Hidden mysteries are made plain
This is what Paul prayed in Ephesians 1: that we wouldn’t live with natural sight, but enlightened hearts, seeing with Spirit-born vision.
Glory is the atmosphere where revelation flows freely—especially when combined with worship, prayer, and stillness. If you need clarity, direction, or truth, you need more glory, not more Google.

Biblical Examples

Peter’s Revelation of Christ – Matthew 16:13–17:- When Jesus asked, “Who do you say I am?”, Peter responded, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied, “This was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by My Father in heaven.” That revelation didn’t come through study or status—but through glory-fueled spiritual insight.

Peter saw into heaven’s reality because of the glory that rested on Jesus. That one revelation shifted his identity and assignment.

John on Patmos – Revelation 1:9–18:- Exiled on a barren island, John encountered the glorified Christ. His eyes were like fire, His voice like rushing waters. From that moment, John received revelations of the heavenly realm that became the final book of the Bible. Glory opened a heavenly window that no prison could close.

Revelation didn’t come in comfort—it came in consecrated isolation.
When glory is near, the veil between heaven and earth becomes thin.

DAILY SPIRITUAL TASK
“Ask For Revelation”
Sit in stillness for 10–15 minutes with a journal and ask:
“Lord, what do You want me to see today?”
Write down:
One scripture you feel drawn to.
Any insight, word, or vision that comes to your heart.
Declare aloud:
“The Spirit of wisdom and revelation is upon me. My eyes are open to heaven’s truth.”

MEMORY VERSE
“I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened…” – Ephesians 1:18 (NIV)

PRAYER POINTS
Father, thank You that You are not a distant God. You speak, You reveal, You illuminate. Open the eyes of my heart. Let me see what You’re doing, hear what You’re saying, and understand what You’re building in me. In Jesus’ name.

Holy Spirit, I ask for deeper revelation. Pull back the veil. Let Your glory illuminate every dark place—my mind, my decisions, my calling. I will not walk blind. I walk in the light of Your glory. In Jesus’ name.
